December Blues
Decided to pen down some thoughts just a few days before my birthday.
December used to be a festive of joy and celebrations with 18th (wedding dinner anniversary), 19th (my birthday), 24th (our love anniversary), 25th (xmas), 26th (my mum's birthday) & 31st (new year eve). But this year, somehow the jolly mood has faded. Is it cause I could no longer afford to be a santa? Never had i realized how much love and joy I would feel by bringing happiness to others. It's somehow different from receiving. Being appreciated brings more happiness to me and I kinda miss that feeling.
Nonetheless, they say the simplest pleasures brings the best memories.

Week 12 Pregnancy Update
Baby has passed its first test! Our second visit to the clinic was sucha pleasant one (minus the overload of bills. =×). Mum and I both got to see baby sleeping peacefully during the Oscar scan. Baby's Oscar scan was done in literally less than 10 mins?
A part of me was hoping that I had the chance to see my baby's movements (besides it's strong heart beating. =)). I was hopping in the lift on the way down to see Dr Benjamin Tham and surprise surprise! Baby was jumping and jumping! Baby even turned it's back at us while doc was trying to capture a decent picture for daddy! Lol. Mum was saying how mischevious it was and then baby calmly stop moving.
It was an awesome feeling which left us with happy tales after the appointment.
Life is amazing. Can't wait for my next appointment on my 27th Birthday! We will be able to figure out the gender of the baby then.
